Having worked with London City Airport for many years, we were well versed in the airport’s unique selling points. Located near the heart of the capital, these are focused on location, convenience and quality. The task was to encompass these values whilst delivering a clean, accessible and functional content heavy website.


The website uses intelligent page categorisation to build a live profile of the visitor. This information is then used to tailor website content, strategically targeting the correct customer type.




Since its launch, revenue from parking off the website has increased by 11566%, flight and hotel bookings have increased by 55%. Page visits are up by 21.5% Bounce back rates have decreased by 10%, and dwell time has increased by 5%.
